This year we have planned an exciting Calendar of Events including:
Sustainability Food Focus Group
Slow Food Redlands is the Food Focus section of the Redlands Sustainability Network, a consortium of interested groups and citizens in Redlands working to create a viable, healthy, environmentally and economically sustainable community. We meet together to work on educating our community about sustainable food issues, and formulate action plans for things like food justice, edible landscaping, local food sourcing and supporting our local farmers.
This group meets monthly. Locations vary. RSVP to receive location by email.
Book Discussion Group
This group is held every third Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm. Locations vary. RSVP to receive the location by email.

School Garden Outreach Program
Slow Food Redlands is involved in two school gardens; one at The Grove School and another at Cope Middle School. If you have an established school garden that you would like help with email us at: slowfoodredlands@gmail.com
Slow Food Saturdays
Slow Food Redlands has an information booth at the Farmers’ Market at the Grove on the fourth Saturday of each month from 8am to 12pm. A special guest will present a Slow Food Demo & Tasting for farmers’ market shoppers from 9am to noon. Quarterly, we serve a Slow Food Breakfast at the Farmers’ Market at the Grove.
Earth Market
Slow Food Redlands is in the process of converting the Farmers Market at the Grove School to the second Earth Market in the U.S.! An Earth Market is a farmers market that provides local food products that meet the standards set forth by Slow Food International. The farmers market is open year round on Saturday mornings from 8am – 12pm. It is located at The Farm at the Grove School: 11126 Iowa St. in Redlands at the corner of Iowa St. & Orange Ave.
